Water Softening - Brighton College - Spring 2011

Duplex high-flow water softener installed by one of our trade partners as part of a replacement programme of the hot water boilers in this busy college. 

Commissioned by our engineers, this system will ensure the new equipment is fully proctected against limescale build-up and saving them money, for many years to come. 

 Reverse Osmosis - Ink Jet Cartridge Recycling (U.K Wide)

We have been involved with the ink jet recycling virtually since its inception some 10 years ago.

We have supplied all the major players in the industry over that time with a varying range of R.O systems to suit their requirements of 24 hour operation. The water was predominanatly used to flush the cartridges of the remaning ink prior to refilling and we supplied a number of different components in one package.

* Pre Treatment of feed water in the form of Softening and Dechlorination.

* High quality Reverse Osmosis units that produce water to fine tolerances.

* Pure Water Storage and High Pressure Delivery Pumps to feed the production line.

* Ability to heat the pure water to 80 deg.C prior to delivery via electric heating and Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers.

* Waste Water Storage and filtration in order to meet the Water Companies effluent standards. 

We are now actively involved in supplying the market leader with small scale units for use in individual franchise stores that you see in most areas of the U.K.

 Water Softening - Ascot Racecourse

We designed and specified for the Architects a water softening unit consisting of  a large high flow quad water softening unit to feed a large amont of equipment within the major rebuild/refurbishment of Ascot Racecouse.  Due to the huge variation in usage, it was imperative that the system could cope with a wide range of usage requirements and we designed a system that will offer guaranteed 24 hour soft water whilst requiring minimal onsite monitoring.

We liaised with the build consultants to design and commission a high quality system complete with salt alarms and B.M.S connections that will offer superb results year after year.
