We specialise in custom built units to suit particular situations, built to a set time scale and budgets.

Design and supply of a pumping and treatment system to allow river water to be used to feed public toilet blocks within one of the U.K's Zoo's. - Pictures to follow soon.

Provision of a 2000 litre insulated tank of water to feed a glass cutting saw for Pilkington Glass. The water was to be heated to strict temperature parameters and we supplied and installed this system with waste water pumps and dosing pumps as required by the customer.

We provided a bespoke Reverse Osmosis system to feed a number of commercial steam ovens with pure water. The system included pretreatment, storage and transfer pumps and will give the customer a payback time of around 18 months.

 

This system was designed and built to offer a solution to the imposed water restrictions. We installed this to act as storage and the reuse of rain water from a factory for use on vehicle washing and irrigation of landscaping around the site. The picture shows the automatic pump cabinet c/w frost heating etc

 

 

 

 A large high flow quad water softening unit to feed a large amont of equipment within the major rebuild/refurbishment of Ascot Racecouse. We liased with the build consultants to design and commission a high quality system complete with salt alarms and B.M.S connections that will offer superb results year after year.

 

Supply and commissioning of a large high flow duplex water softener to feed a new build as part of works at Leamington Spa Hospital.

 

 

A custom built system to provide pure water to feed a variety of specialist equipment within a University. The unit contains a softening plant with a Reverse Osmosis system and pumped delivery, all neatly packaged onto a stainless steel skid.

 

Design and supply of a potable water system to boost pressure to a large domestic dwelling consisting of a 1500 litre storage tank, twin booster set and water softening system.
