FOS Multi Cartridge Housing Range   Shelco has been designing and manufacturing heavy duty stainless steel housings for industrial and commercial applications for over 30 years and are a recognised brand leader. The popular range of housing consists of 21 sizes with flows  from 100 lpm to 5800 lpm and can accommodate cartridges up to 70 mm (2 ¾ inches) diameter. With numerous years of design experience, the range has evolved, resulting in ease of installation, operator use and with minimal service parts.   Common across the range is the availability of:   ·         304l and 316l stainless steel. ·         Swing bolt closure as an option up to 12 round and standard on larger vessels. ·         All vessels will accept DOE cartridges with adjustable cartridge sealing, meaning variable length cartridges can be accepted. ·         Buna-N FDA grade gasket can be upgraded where compatibility is required. ·         Drain and vent connections. ·         Standard finish is polycoat over stainless steel. ·         Inlet baffle plate protects cartridge, allowing even flow though all filters.       4FOS and 5FOS   Stainless Steel Housing   A complete line of four and five round models to accommodate a wide range of flow rates. Options include 304L or 316L stainless steel; band clamp or swing bolt closure. Design pressure 150psi (10bar)@300ºF (149 ºC). Standard inlet and outlet connections are 2” MNPT with many other options available. Standard finish is poly-coat over stainless and other options can be special ordered. Standard gasket is FDA grade Buna-N.   > 4FOS and 5FOS.pdf   7FOS Universal Multi-Cartridge Housings   The seven round models are designed for flow rates to 200 GPM. “Universal” housings accept DOE, 222 fin or flat cartridges. Options include 304L or 316L stainless steel; band clamp or swing bolt closure. Design pressure 150psi (10bar)@300 ºF (149 ºC). Standard inlet and outlet connections are 2 ” MNPT with many other options available by special order. Standard finish is poly-coat over stainless. All seven round models are standard with mounting legs. Housings accept double-open-end style cartridges. Options include 304L or 316L stainless steel; band clamp or swing bolt closure. Design pressure 150 psi (10 bar) @ 300º F (149º C). Standard inlet and outlet connections for the 12FOS series is 3” flanged and the 22FOS series is 4” flanged,with many other options available by special order. Standard finish is Poly-coat over stainless. All twelve and twenty two round models are standard with heavy duty mounting legs. Housings accept double-open-end style cartridges. Options include 304L or 316L stainless steel with swing bolt closure and lifting davit. Design pressure 150 psi (10 bar) @ 300° F (149° C). Standard inlet and outlet connections for the 36 & 52 FOS series is 6" flanged, with many other options available by special order. Standard finish is Poly-coat over stainless.
