Cintropur domestic water filters are designed for yields of between 2 and 7 m³/hour and for pressures of up to 10 bar
Basic principle filtering out solid particles (earth, sand, rust, etc,) suspended in the water. Possibility of combining mechanical filter + UV and activated carbon with DUO, TIO® (Two in one) TIO®+UV. Main advantages
Cintropur domestic water filters are fitted with a 25 micron filter sleeve as standard issue, a system of interchangeable and disposable sleeves offer filtration at 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 micron. A 150 micron nylon (washable) sleeve is also available for the NW 25 and NW 32 models. The connection options range from ¾" to 1 ¼", using a connector set that allows placement and removal of the filter without requiring any tools Bowl transparency enables visual inspection of impurity deposits. Recommended replacement of filters at least twice a year for drinking water. Filter sleeves come in a flat pack of 5 and are easy to post.
Ten Key Points about Cintropur Domestic Filters
1) High Flow rate: from 2m³/h to 7 m³/h 2) Low Pressure Drop: due to the diameter of the filter support 3) Range of Connections: from ¾" to 1¼:" 4) Double Filtration: vane centrifugal effect and filter sleeve 5) Large Range of Filtering Levels: from 1µ to 150µ 6) All Spare Parts Available 7) Drain Cock to Remove Particles 8) Transparent Bowl: to see the state of the sleeve 9) 'O' Ring System: no tool required 10) Maintenance: low cost and environmentally friendly - only the sleeve has to be changed
Available Filter Sleeves: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 micron (also 150 micron washable nylon for NW 25 and NW 32) Maximum temperature: 50 degrees continuous Maximum usage pressure: 16 bar Bursting pressure: 30 bar Average yields for 0.2 bar with 25 micron filter:
NW18: 3.5 m³/hour NW25: 5.5 m³/hour NW32: 6.5 m³/hour
Bowl transparency facilitates visual inspection of impurity deposits. Recommended replacement of filters at least twice a year for drinking water. Filter sleeves come in a flat pack of 5 and are easy to post.
At the base of the bowl a purging screw allows evacuation of the largest particles.
Filters are supplied with a dismounting key.
