Commercial Water Softener for Soft water in all situations

Whether you need a commercial water softener or an industrial water softener, consult GMAutoflow's online catalogue to find the model best suited to your needs. It is clear that the quality of water is becoming more important all the time.

Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment Systems

Why use a water softener?

This is a real problem that both commercial and industrial companies must address in order to maintain their competitive edge. Indeed, for commercial companies, clean and fresh water is a real calling card recognised by customers. The quality of the water is very important for the consumer, it is synonymous with hygiene and pleasure of consumption. For industrial companies, water that is too hard can cause serious problems for the production of equipment. This can be jeopardised by machines whose wear and tear is accelerated by the hardness of the water. Hard water can also mean poor machining of certain parts. Therefore, for both commercial and industrial companies, soft water is a strategic resource of choice.

What Commercial Water Softener System should I use?

The water softeners we sell are manufactured by the leading brands. They meet all the needs expressed by our customers throughout our years of experience in the water treatment market. Depending on your needs, you can choose between several treatment capacities. We have models that use 10, 15 or 20 litre capacity softening containers and have a standard one inch connection system. A water softener with a capacity of 10 litres can serve the needs of about 4 people, a water softener with a capacity of 15 litres can serve about 10 consumers, etc. For larger treatment capacities we recommend the use of simplex or duplex water softeners, using 1 or 2 containers, and equipped with a regulation system that optimises the softening process thanks to a timer and the detection by precise metering of the capacity already treated and used.

Hot water, cold water and even without electricity!

Our water softeners are suitable for the treatment of cold and hot water. We offer very small models for personal consumption and can be carried on board. We even offer a model that does not use electricity. Instead, it is based on incoming water pressure and can guarantee consistent results. They are particularly used for medium-sized installations that treat hot water. The combination of capacities, water temperatures and types of operation allow us to meet all your specific needs. If necessary, please contact our water softening specialists by email or phone. They will guide you to the model(s) that best suit your projects.

Cintropur Filtration and U.V Water Treatment

Here at GMAutoflow we are always looking to introduce you to top quality, cost effective ways of filtering your water.

Cintropur are a company based in Belgium offering a wide range of water filtration systems as well as a rapidly expanding U.V range. These systems are ideal for private water supplies, rainwater treatment, irrigation & spraying as well as many types of process water applications in order to cope with the most demanding Water treatment applications.

GMAutoflow are one of the largest suppliers of Cintropur products in the UK and have been involved with these products for 15 years. The range encompasses small filters for protection of domestic supplies up to large commercial units for process water up to 32m3 per hour flow rates with DN80 flanged connections in a single unit.

The water filter systems use a cyclonic type effect within the filter which allows large particles to be collected in the bottom of the filter bowl. This allows the system to offer high flow rates combined
with long filter life and low ongoing replacement filter costs.

The Cintropur filters (or socks as they also known) are available across the range in different grades from 1 micron high grade disposable filters up to 300 micron nylon washable options.

Cintropur sell a range of carbon filter systems which can be combined with their sediment filters where you need colour and taste & odour reduction.

The latest products are a range of U.V systems that can be combined with the filtration systems or as a stand alone compact U.V system with a flow rate of up to 10m3 per hour.

Cintropurís range of filter and UV options are ideal for rainwater treatment as well as use on private water supplies. These can be a sediment /UV option (Cintropur Duo UV) or a three-stage sediment/carbon/UV unit (Cintropur Trio UV) which will give fantastic results in a single compact treatment system

Whatever the application, domestic treatment, process water, rainwater treatment, irrigation, chilled water systems in fact anywhere where you require excellent results combined with high flow rates at a cost effective price then the Cintropur range is for you.

U.V. Systems.....have you seen the light?

We have always been pushing the virtues of using U.V. steriliser systems over some of the standard chemical dosing systems but we have seen a huge increase in the volume of enquiries and the range of industries that we supply the systems to.

There has always been a standard range of systems that we supply for the treatment of small domestic dwellings up to larger commercial systems, usually for drinking water applications, from well established manufacturers.

We are fortunate to work with manufacturers who allow us to specify and build bespoke systems to meet any application and to customers particular specifications. We have provided systems for private water supplies such as boreholes and well water, breweries, fire service vehicles and irrigation and washing systems for vegetable processing companies that need to target particular issues. We have provided systems for zoos to keep the water in seal enclosures clean and clear, systems for patrol boats for Her Majesty's Customs Service, treating test tanks for sonar systems and even for testing mini submarines!!

So if you have a particular UV water treatment requirement, no matter how obscure, then give us a call as you may well find that we have already done something similar.
